Mount Diablo Cards respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.
This Privacy Policy explains how Mount Diablo Cards handles information for On Deck by MDC, including the On Deck web app, mobile apps, beta signup, contact page, and related inventory tools.
On Deck is built for trading card collectors, sellers, and card show workflows. It supports raw card inventory, graded slab inventory, collections, QR labels, market/pricing fields, sold tracking, and mode-specific workflows for Pokemon, One Piece, and sports cards.
Account and contact information: name, email address, login details, beta request details, optional social handle, optional region/market, preferred platform, and messages you send to Mount Diablo Cards.
Inventory information: card names, sets, card numbers, grades, cert numbers, grading company, raw IDs, collection names, notes, cost, market value, sale value, bundle details, and related card show workflow data you choose to enter.
Images and scans: card images, camera scans, QR scans, barcode scans, or other media may be processed when you use camera or image-based features. We only store images when the app workflow requires it or when you choose to add them.
Technical information: device type, browser/app version, timestamps, authentication status, basic logs, and error data used to keep the service secure and working properly.
We use information to create and manage your account, provide inventory features, sync data across devices, support QR labels and redirects, help with card show prep, improve app reliability, respond to support requests, review beta access, and protect against misuse or unauthorized access.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand which features are useful, improve On Deck workflows, and plan future support for card categories and platforms.
Camera access is used for app features such as QR scanning, card intake, slab/cert workflows, and photo-based inventory support. Camera access is not used unless you grant permission through your device or browser.
QR labels and redirect pages may open third-party research or marketplace pages such as TCGplayer, eBay, Card Ladder, grading company pages, or other card research tools. Those third-party services have their own privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help operate On Deck, such as hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, app delivery, crash/error reporting, and email/support tools. These providers are used only to run and improve the service.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or during a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
On Deck may use providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Expo/EAS, Apple App Store, Google Play, and related infrastructure services for authentication, storage, hosting, mobile app delivery, and app operations.
Payment, marketplace, grading, and card research links may send you to outside services. Mount Diablo Cards does not control those outside services once you leave our app or website.
The Mount Diablo Cards website may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel as optional analytics to understand page visits, landing-page and signup-page activity, successful access requests, and which promotions are working. These optional analytics tools are not loaded unless you choose to accept analytics in the website preference prompt.
Your analytics choice may be stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Analytics Preferences from the site footer or this policy and change your choice later.
Operational logs and error reporting used to keep the service secure and functioning may still be processed where necessary even when optional analytics are declined.
We keep account, inventory, and beta request information as long as needed to provide On Deck, support your account, maintain records, improve the service, or meet legal and operational requirements.
You can request deletion of your account or inventory data by contacting Mount Diablo Cards. Some information may be retained for a limited time in backups, logs, security records, or records needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.
You can choose what inventory information you add to On Deck. You can also choose whether to grant camera/photo permissions through your device or browser settings.
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, email Mount Diablo Cards at the contact address below.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and inventory information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use a strong password and protect access to your email and devices.
On Deck is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy as On Deck changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date and may provide additional notice through the website, app, or email.
